Mostly the doctors come up with the cause of iron deficiency or anemia or some neurodevelopmental disorders. Doctors also take samples of urine and blood for observation.

Doctors prescribe some medications to treat this condition like dopamine, anticonvulsants, and benzodiazepines. Though the periodic limb movement disorder is not something life-threatening, we have to get that quality sleep at night. Without quality sleep, our life will not function properly.
